John is the founder of JDW Fitness and  has been personal training and coaching since 2013.  John is an enthusiastic off-road runner , cyclist and Kettlebell expert.  He epitomises his own strength and conditioning ethos;  creating a strong and robust framework ,  being vital for injury prevention, and promoting excellent cardiovascular fitness. John has completed 2 x 100mile Ultras in 2022 and 2023 (Lakeland 100) amongst numerous other endurance events.

Having studied in depth Bio-Mechanics, John is able to provide postural assessments and analysis, to ensure you get the most out of your training.

Nicky has a strong background in swimming and  qualified as as personal trainer in 2018. She completed her first 55 mile Ultra in 2022, swam Coniston in 2023 (5.25 miles) and is going to attempt an Iron Man distance tri again in 2024.

As a Level 4 SMT, and from personal experience, she has learned the benefits of strength and conditioning, along with massage therapy and Yoga, as a fantastic tool for rehabilitation and recovery.
